With a membership, comprising small, medium, and large businesses, the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce wanted to provide social media marketing training that would guide members on how to use digital marketing to boost their bottom line. We designed and delivered a two-day workshop – “Smartening your Social Media Strategy for Business Success” – which focused on strategy, engagement, and evaluation. The practical activities reinforced the high-level discussions and super-engaging sessions.
